Bafana Bafana national coach Hugo Broos named the 23-man squad to take on Liberia in the AFCON competition qualification match.
Broos had since made it clear, PSL isn’t at the highest standard, so you’ll notice he selected more international players than before, with the hope of them bringing the experience to help South Africa qualify for the next round.
And unfortunately this time around, no player from the mighty Kaizer Chiefs was selected for the squad to face Liberia.
